2. Description of Services

Global Nexus Enterprises provides technology platforms that connect service providers with consumers. Our Scrubby application facilitates bookings between pet owners and pet care service providers. We are not a pet care provider ourselves but rather a platform that enables these connections.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information as needed

4. Service Provider Relationship

Service providers using our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Global Nexus Enterprises. We do not control the manner or means by which providers perform their services.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By using our payment services, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Platform fees and cancellation policies are clearly disclosed during the booking process.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Global Nexus Enterprises LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL NEXUS ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Global Nexus Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
